Plant Sale at the Rhododendrum Garden Today!

I love to walk the paths of the Rhododendrum garden in the spring. Everytime I return there is a new explosion of color.
There are over 94 species of birds that nest around the spring fed lake.

This is great spot to watch the sunset. If you visit the garden after 6:00 pm, it's free and you will feel like you have the place to yourself!

  1. This is lovely. So artsy. I'm jealous as a writer. I am definitely gonna check this garden out--it's so close! And I might just have to steal your idea and write about it... or maybe just feature your story. That's only fair, since you are so kind as to feature FosterPowellPDX.com.

I will set up your site on my permanent link feed. I'm so excited that this site is up-- we get quite a bit of traffic to FosterPowellPDX.com re: gardening, so hopefully we can work together to get all of the great green events/news/opportunities out to the neighbors!

  2. Thank you so much for your support and positive comments, I'm very new to this! I hope you make to the Rhody garden, I just returned from another sunset walk, there are so many ducks I've never seen there before.

Yes, it's always fun to find a new way to get the word out and connect with the neighborhood, I hope the blog catches on and look forward to hearing from other gardeners in the neighborhood! All the best, always open to collaborating, I'm much more comfortable taking pictures than writing:)-Tamra
